Payment and Insurance
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards(including HSA cards) as forms of payment.
Health Insurance
I accept many health insurance plans. I accept credit card, cash, and check. I also will assist with the needed paperwork for out-of-network health insurance claims.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I currently accept and am in-network with the following insurance:
-Aetna
-Blue Shield of Northeastern New York (BSNENY)
-Blue Cross Blue Shield (Excellus)
-CDPHP
-Medicaid and Medicare (ONLY Commerical plans through CDPHP, Excellus, and BSNENY)
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider BEFORE your appointment to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Fees for Services

Individual Therapy Session(60-minute): 195.00
Couples Therapy Session (60-minute): 195.00
